Is a story- and character-driven production company developing bold, cinematic content for film and television. We work across comedy, thrillers, character dramas, and true stories, with a distinct creative focus on elevated horror.
We believe a powerful concept opens the door — but character is what makes a story endure. Our projects are built on strong narrative foundations, psychological depth, and thematic resonance, designed to engage audiences both emotionally and commercially.
Founded by producer Agustin Caccuri and writer James Rabb, Operative 16 bridges international storytelling with the U.S. market, developing globally minded, character-forward work with lasting impact. Recent projects include Cemetery Man, a docu-series with writer-director Tom McLoughlin (Friday the 13th: Jason Lives), and the award-winning short films Locked In, featuring Darren Richardson (Screamfest 2023), and Behind Closed Doors, directed by Lisa Eaton (Mammoth Film Festival 2024).
From development through packaging and production, we partner with visionary talent to bring distinctive, market-ready stories to life.
We create to entertain — and to serve an audience. We craft bold stories across horror, comedy, and true events that move people, challenge them, and stay with them long after the credits roll.
